Australian Airline Pilot Academy - Kitchen HandsRegional Express Holdings Limited, Australia’s largest independent regional airline is seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our Rex team.This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment.Assist with basic food preparation tasks.Dispose of kitchen waste in accordance with hygiene protocols.Restock supplies and ingredients as required.Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.Provide general support to chefs and kitchen staff during service.Requirements:Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential).Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Good communication and teamwork skills.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy itemsMust be able to work shift work – including weekends, evenings and public holidays.Conditions:Wage rates and conditions will be discussed with the successful applicant.
